What does "lifetime" actually mean?
One payment of $197 unlocks every Pro feature on your account, with no renewal date and no subscription. As long as ApplyTOP is running, your account keeps Pro-tier access. We've been running since 2024 and have no plans to stop.

How do the 72,000 AI credits work?
Credits power the AI features: 1 credit per tailored CV, 1 credit per tailored cover letter, 0.1 credit per bullet or summary rewrite, 1 credit per PDF export. Hourly job alerts, AI match scoring, ATS score, and live preview are all free and don't touch your credit balance.

What happens when I run out of credits?
You can top up at any time. Packs start at $9 for 200 credits, $19 for 500 credits, or $39 for 1,500 credits. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your lifetime balance.

What's the refund policy?
30-day no-questions refund. Email office@applytop.com from the address you bought with and we refund you in full. No phone calls, no exit interviews.

I already have an ApplyTOP account. Can I still buy this?
Yes. Log in first and the page swaps to a one-click buy button. Your existing account gets upgraded to Lifetime, your saved jobs and CVs stay intact, and your 72,000 credits stack on top of any balance you already have.

How is this different from the yearly plan?
The yearly plan is $199 for 12 months and renews automatically every year. Lifetime is $197 once. You stop paying after month 9, and you also get 72,000 credits up front instead of 30,000 spread across the year.

What about tax / VAT?
Stripe Checkout calculates and adds your local sales tax or VAT at checkout based on your billing address. The $197 figure is the base price before tax. You get a proper VAT-compliant invoice with every purchase.

Can I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription. If you change your mind within 30 days, email us for a refund. After that, your account stays active forever at no further cost.
