Job Description We are looking for an Agentic AI Architect to design scalable enterprise AI solutions, lead customer discussions, and provide technical leadership throughout solution implementation. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Bengaluru . What You’ll Do Design enterprise-level Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable AI architectures Build solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and engineering systems Lead customer discussions, requirement-gathering sessions, solution presentations, and technical proposals Guide AI engineers and development teams throughout solution implementation Ensure AI solutions follow security, Responsible AI, governance, performance, and scalability standards What You’ll Need Required: 10 to 15 years of overall experience in engineering, IT, software development, AI, data, or solution architecture Minimum 4 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI, including 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on Agentic AI experience Experience designing autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, tool-calling workflows, and agent orchestration Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and model evaluation Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex Strong programming experience in Python with knowledge of APIs and microservices Experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP Strong customer-facing, stakeholder-management, solutioning, and presentation skills Ability to create architecture documents, technical proposals, proofs of concept, and implementation roadmaps Preferred: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, AI, or a related discipline Experience in manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering, energy, utilities, aerospace, or engineering services Exposure to engineering platforms such as PLM, CAD, MES, SCADA, IoT, ERP, or asset-management systems Experience in consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical roles Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Reasonable accommodation statement If you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.
