We are looking for a talented, passionate, and creatively driven Associate Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a flair for design, and a good understanding of social media trends and digital-first storytelling. The role involves translating creative ideas into visually engaging content across social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Develop visually compelling and engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital campaigns, and brand communication. Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and creative teams to bring campaign ideas and concepts to life. Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, digital ads, and other marketing assets. Contribute fresh ideas and creative perspectives to brainstorms, campaigns, and everyday social content. Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media formats, digital culture, and innovative creative approaches. Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh visual styles and design treatments. Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platform-specific executions. Support the development of key visuals, campaign look and feel, mood boards, and visual storytelling. Collaborate with motion designers and content teams to create engaging digital experiences. Ensure high-quality creative output while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital advertising agency. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Good knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and evolving creative trends. Ability to think beyond execution and contribute to creative ideas and concepts. Basic knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or video editing is an added advantage. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies is a plus.
