Assistant/Deputy Manager - Dispatch & MDC, SCM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables e are seeking a highly motivated & detail oriented SCM personnel. Candidate Should have excellent negotiation & communication skills & ability to work in fast-paced environment. Other skills include – Data interpretation, Logical reasoning, Problem Solving, Networking skills, People management, Customer focus & Time management. Candidate will be responsible for Production Planning control & Vehicle Dispatch. Vehicle & Aggregates Planning – Daily & Monthly Production Planning, Line management, Constraints based planning, Knowledge of Vehicle models/variants, Application of components, Mfg. Constraints and Coordination with PUs, MLL/Logistics team, SCM & CPPC teams and ensuring Production Schedule Adherence. Aggregates Dispatch – To coordinate with Plant Stores team, MLL/Logistics team, User Plant PPCs in ensuring right dispatch of Aggregates and prevent any Production loss at User Plants. To plan for fixtures/fleet availability due to ramp-up/new projects through Stores/IE/CME/MLL teams. Vehicle Dispatch/Billing – To coordinate with DCM team, Mfg. team, Stores team for ensuring availability of RFD & Billing of Vehicles. Avoid congestion in Plant by ensuring daily shifting of Vehicles to MLL Yards. Indicate/highlight Space requirements or Congestion probabilities in advance for proactive decision making. CPPC Coordination – To closely collaborate with CPPC team in understanding Billing & Production priorities and ensure availability of monthly volumes as per Plant requirements to meet OPP. Annul Inventory Coordination – To support Plant Mfg. & DCM team for Annual SF & FG Vehicles Inventory Candidate will be responsible for ECN Management & New Projects. ECN Management – To play role of SCM SPOC with all Product Units ECN CFTs. Ensure timely implementation of ECNs through proper communication & without any unplanned obsolescence. New Projects Implementation – To plan daily rolling & ramp-up of New Project vehicles in CFT with Projects/PE/CDMM/Procurement/Stores team. To coordinate with Projects & PE team for timely availability of Add-Del list. Obsolescence Management – To coordinate with Central, Accounts, Procurement & Stores team for timely submission of Non-moving Inventory Working experience on SAP PP/MM module MIS Management – PPC MIS management. Good analytical skills and Proficiency in Excel, Power-point and Word Coordinate other departmental activities like preparation of Highlights, Operations/Department Review, IMS Audit readiness, etc. Auyomobile Automobile Manufacturing Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile General Experience 3- 10 years
