Assistant Manager - SCM

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.( Product Wise Planning) Ensure material availability by coordinating with procurement and stores to avoid line stoppages. Develop, implement, and monitor production plans in alignment with business targets, customer requirements, and capacity. Analyse demand forecasts vs. actual production and adjust plans accordingly. Monitor manpower, machine, and resource utilization for optimal efficiency. Track WIP (Work-in-Progress) and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments. Drive continuous improvement projects in planning processes and production efficiency. Prepare and present MIS reports (production performance, planning vs. actual, capacity utilization, etc.). Excel ,ERP system knowledge ,ISO/TS: 16949:2004 & ISO 14001 & OHSAS18001 & IATF 16949:2016 . Preferred Industries Automotive Industry Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Production; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile General Experience 3 - 5 years of relevant Work Experience
