CPA Executive

The CPA Executive will oversee all accounting and regulatory activities for the CLM Domestic BFSI vertical, ensuring accurate financial reporting, adherence to banking and insurance standards, and seamless coordination with the back‑office team. Acting as a key liaison, the executive will also address client inquiries, resolve financial issues, and support the delivery of high‑quality services. This role blends strong technical accounting expertise with excellent customer‑care skills to maintain trust and satisfaction across our client base. Prepare, review, and submit accurate financial statements and regulatory filings for BFSI clients. Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other relevant financial regulations. Coordinate with the back‑office team to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes. Act as the first point of contact for client financial inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses. Investigate and resolve client issues related to billing, payments, and account discrepancies. Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets. Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare management reports and present insights to senior leadership. Mentor junior accountants and promote a culture of continuous learning. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance within the BFSI sector. Strong knowledge of Indian banking, insurance, and securities regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Outstanding communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines. Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Team player with leadership potential. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
