This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production equipment, utilities, facilities, and capital projects while driving a strong safety and lean manufacturing culture. How You'll Make a Difference The responsibilities below represent more than daily tasks. They are opportunities to make a difference, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to meaningful outcomes: Lead the maintenance and reliability of all process and support equipment across the plant. Manage building and facility maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Plan and execute capital projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all electrical installations and equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related standards. Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment performance, downtime, and maintenance costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction. Manage spare parts inventory and support supplier relationships for critical equipment and components. Support plant operations by ensuring uninterrupted utility services, including 24/7 power availability and power factor management. Lead, coach, and develop the electrical maintenance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence. Participate in risk assessments, equipment safety reviews, and continuous improvement projects across the facility. Here are the skills and experiences that will help you succeed in this role: Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Min 8 years of experience in electrical engineering management within a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and data-driven decision-making Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Drives, HMI programming, and troubleshooting Proven experience leading maintenance teams and delivering operational improvements Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving techniques Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills Fluent English and Hindi ​ Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
