ERP Senior Specialist

We are looking for a resource with functional knowledge of Infor LN Warehousing, Sales, Service, Global Trade module who can take up the role of a manual tester. Following is the day-to-day duties and tasks: Write Test Cases based on functional specifications. Understand the use cases/User Story. Execute test scripts to ensure the system release functions as expected. Identify and escalate, as necessary project risks and issues to the Project Manager. Be able to prepare reports on defects and problems that arise during system testing. Revise test cases as necessary based on project team feedback. As necessary modify/create Qualification Plan, Test Plans, Risk Assessments, Reports, Trace Matrix commensurate with project complexity. Report out statuses to the leads onshore daily during the Stand-up calls. Additionally, update efforts on a given work item on everyday basis. Provide true estimates on work assigned prior development. Also ask questions/provide comments on User Stories/work items assigned. Be a team player and flexible towards availability in case of any urgent issues that need immediate attention. Basic Qualification: Should have 5+ years of work experience in planning the testing approach, designing, writing and executing Test Cases in an Agile/SCRUM based software development model. Expertise in manual functional testing of Infor LN Warehousing, Sales, Service, and Global Trade modules, including order management, inventory transactions, shipments, service orders, and trade compliance processes. Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C), Warehouse Management, Service Lifecycle Management, and Global Trade workflows, ensuring seamless integration across business functions. Proficient in test case design, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and UAT support using Azure DevOps. Minimum 3+ years of experience in writing SQL queries and backend data validations
