" Job Description & Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 3-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling, including end-to-end S/4HANA Implementation, Conversion, and Migration projects . The ideal candidate should possess strong business process knowledge in Finance, expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, and experience in delivering global transformation programs. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support across multiple S/4HANA implementation and migration engagements. *Responsibilities: Participate in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition projects . Perform business requirement analysis and design SAP Finance solutions aligned with business processes. Configure and support: General Ledger (New GL / Universal Journal) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Credit Management Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders Product Costing Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Margin Analysis Lead and support workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities. Execute end-to-end configuration and testing activities including: Unit Testing Integration Testing UAT Support Regression Testing Work closely with cross-functional teams including: SAP MM SAP SD SAP PP SAP EWM SAP TM SAP Basis SAP ABAP Support finance data migration activities using: SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC/LTMOM Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) Data Services Assist in cutover planning, mock migrations, and production go-live activities. Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and workflows. Provide hypercare and post-production support after deployment. *Mandatory Skill Sets: SAP Finance & Controlling, S4 HANA, Support/E2E implementation *Preferred Skill Sets: Consulting Experience, Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP FICO / S4HANA Sales certification) are a plus. *Years of Experience Required: 3-10 years of experience *Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. CA/CMA/MBA Finance qualification will be an added advantage. SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred. Experience in global rollout programs is desirable.
