City : Mohali State : Punjab (IN-PB) Country : India (IN) Requisition Number: 48123 Job Description Business Title Manager - Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Global Job Title Mgr I Enterp Data Mgmt Global Function Business Services Global Department Enterprise Data Management Organizational Level Reporting to Director Enterprise Data Management Size of team reporting in and type NA Role Purpose Statement - Manage day-to-day Master Data Management operations across Customer, Supplier, Material Master and Finance domains. - Ensure accurate and timely execution of master data processes in compliance with defined standards, business rules, and SLAs. - Support data governance, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. - Act as a key operational point of contact for business stakeholders and internal teams. Main Accountabilities Service Delivery Operations - Execute and oversee master data maintenance and governance activities and ensure adherence to established SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. - Monitor operational performance and resolve issues impacting service delivery. Data Quality & Governance - Monitor data quality metrics and identify root causes of data issues. - Ensure compliance with global data standards, policies, and business rules. Stakeholder Support - Provide timely communication regarding service requests and issue resolution. - Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure seamless operations. Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and data accuracy. - Support automation and standardization initiatives. Team Leadership - Guide and mentor junior team members. - Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and customer focus. Knowledge and Skills Behavior Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems. Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles.. Technical - Good understanding of SAP Master Data processes and business impacts. - Knowledge of Customer, Supplier, Finance and Material Master data domains. - Experience with SAP ECC, SAP MDG, or SAP S/4HANA environments. - Understanding of data quality, governance, and data lifecycle management. - Experience with SLA/KPI monitoring and reporting. Education & Experience Education Bachelor's degree required. Experience - 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management. - Minimum 2-3 years of SAP MDG, SAP MDM, or SAP Master Data experience. - Experience supporting master data operations and governance activities. - Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in global and virtual environments.
