You will be responsible for administering and managing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) environments while providing 24/7 support to multiple customers across different time zones. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Administer and maintain SAP BTP environments across multiple customer accounts· Manage SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administrative tasks, including user provisioning, security, and performance optimization· Oversee Document Management Service administration and troubleshoot related issues· Provide technical support to customers in a 24/7 shift rotation model· Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security compliance· Handle incident management and resolution following ITIL best practices· Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge management· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhancements· Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, resolutions, and updates REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Technical Skills · 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a SAP BTP Administrator· Demonstrated expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Datasphere administration· Experience with Document Management Service setup and administration· Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and access controls· Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities· Familiarity with cloud connectors and integrations Certifications & Knowledge · ITIL Foundation certification (preferred) or strong knowledge of ITIL principles· Understanding of incident and change management processes· Experience with ticketing and documentation systems Soft Skills · Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision· Quick learner with eagerness to expand technical knowledge· Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset· Team player comfortable in a global, distributed environment WORKING ENVIRONMENT Shift Support 24/7 shift rotation model (may include nights, weekends, and holidays) Support Model Multi-customer support environment Team Structure Collaborative team with experienced mentors and low-supervision model Work Culture Fast-paced, dynamic environment with focus on continuous learning PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience supporting multiple customers in a 24/7 support model· SAP certifications (BTP, SAC, or related cloud certifications)· Experience with Document Grounding (Joule) or AI-powered features· Knowledge of monitoring and observability BTP Admin
