We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Job Title: Post-Acute Applications Support Specialist Job Summary The Post-Acute Applications Support Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day production support, application maintenance, testing, and on-call support for a portfolio of post-acute care applications. This role is critical to maintaining business operations by ensuring application availability, supporting monthly upgrade testing, managing incidents, and coordinating application releases across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for post-acute care applications during business hours and participate in after-hours and overnight on-call rotations. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and production issues. Perform application testing, integration testing, regression testing, and release validation activities. Support application upgrades, deployments, and monthly WellSky product release testing. Manage user provisioning, access requests, security controls, and Active Directory-related activities. Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, analysts, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and support operational initiatives. Maintain application documentation and ensure proper incident tracking and escalation. Independently assess and respond to time-sensitive incidents while escalating critical issues appropriately. Required Skills Production Support and Incident Management Application Testing (Functional, Integration, Regression) Release Validation and Upgrade Support User Provisioning and Access Management Active Directory Administration Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis Technical Documentation Stakeholder and Vendor Management Preferred Experience Experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications. Familiarity with post-acute care, care coordination, and population health platforms. Experience with on-call support models and production environments. Support Coverage: Daytime, after-hours, overnight, and weekend support as part of a rotational support model.
