Sr. Finance Supervisor

Honeywell is seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to support the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Corporate organization. This role will provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L while partnering with finance and functional leaders across Procurement, Logistics, Analytics, Planning, Transformation, and ISC Leadership. The position will help strengthen financial visibility, governance, productivity, and decision support across a global ISC functional cost base. Key Responsibilities Support finance business partnering for ISC Corporate Functions by providing timely planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across a global functional organization. Execute AOP, Forecast, Strategic Plan, and Month-End Close activities for the ISC Corporate Functional P&L, ensuring accurate submissions, reconciliations, and performance visibility. Partner with finance and functional stakeholders to identify financial risks, opportunities, and productivity actions that improve business performance. Develop actionable insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, advanced analytics, and clear management reporting. Support scenario analysis, investment evaluations, and business case development to inform strategic and operational decisions. Maintain compliance with Honeywell financial policies, governance requirements, and reporting standards. Contribute to automation, process standardization, and digital finance initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision support. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controllership. Hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. WE VALUE Experience supporting functional P&Ls or large, complex cost centers. Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and related reporting systems. Experience improving finance processes through automation, standardization, and simplification. Ability to translate detailed financial analysis into clear, concise presentations and recommendations. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across global and matrix organizations. Key Success Factors Accurate forecasts, plans, and financial submissions.
