/51 工作职责（Main Accountabilities）： 1.根据客户销售预测、订单需求、库存水平、生产能力、设备状况及新项目进展情况，制定并及时调整生产计划，确保满足客户交付需求。 According to customer forecasts, orders, inventory levels, production capacity, equipment status and new project requirements, develop and adjust production plans to ensure customer delivery requirements are met. 2.根据客户需求预测变化及时更新产能分析，识别潜在产能风险并提出预警；协调相关部门制定改善措施并跟踪落实。 Update capacity analysis based on customer demand changes, identify potential capacity risks and provide timely warnings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement actions and track results. 3.组织和召开周生产计划会议，分析生产计划与实际产出的差异，推动相关部门解决影响生产和交付的问题。 Organize weekly production planning meetings, analyze variances between planned and actual output, and drive problem-solving activities to eliminate production and delivery risks. 4.跟踪生产计划达成情况，及时协调处理生产过程中的各类异常，确保生产顺利进行并达成交付目标。 Monitor production plan achievement and coordinate timely resolution of production issues to ensure smooth operations and delivery performance. 5.结合客户需求变化、库存情况、生产能力及物料库存状况，制定和维护物料需求计划（MRP），确保物料供应满足生产需求。 Develop and maintain Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on customer demand, inventory levels, production capacity and material availability to ensure sufficient supply for production. 6.跟踪供应商交付进度及中长期物料供应情况，及时处理物料短缺风险，制定并落实相应对策，确保物料齐套。 Monitor supplier delivery performance and long-term material supply status, proactively manage material shortages, and implement corrective actions to ensure material availability. 7.制定库存目标并持续监控库存水平，通过PDCA方法优化生产及物料计划合理性，降低库存金额和库存周转天数。 Establish inventory targets and continuously monitor inventory levels; improve production and material planning effectiveness through PDCA methodology to reduce inventory value and turnover days. 8.按照工作要求及时维护SAP、EDI等系统数据，确保计划、库存及物料信息的准确性和有效性，为业务运营提供可靠支持。 Maintain SAP, EDI and related system data in a timely manner, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of planning, inventory and material information to support business operations. 任职资格（Position Qualification）： 1.本科及以上学历。 Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.具有2年以上物流相关工作经验，有汽车行业或相关配套行业物流调度及物流规划经验者优先。 At least 2 years of experience in logistics-related functions; experience in logistics scheduling and planning within the automotive industry or related supporting industries is preferred. 3.具有EDI、SAP或其他ERP系统相关操作和应用经验。 Experience with EDI, SAP, or other ERP systems is required. 4.具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。 Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 5.具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题分析解决能力。 Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 您有什么问题？ TIAN.A.YU@MAHLE.COM
