Job Summary/Purposes 工作概要/目标 The Stock Assistant manages the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations. He/she supports the StockManager in all the responsibilities regarding the Warehouse and the Store. Moreover, he/she deals with sales and therefore supports the Sales Assistant in order to maximize sales. 仓库助理根据公司规定管理货物的正常流转。他/她协助仓库经理履行仓库及店铺的相关职责。此外，他/她也与销售有关，支持销售助理促进销售。 Responsibilities 工作职责 Ensures the safety of the products and the valuable material in the Warehouse. 确保仓库里的货物及贵重物品的安全。 Verifies that the product is intact. 确保货物完好无缺。 Ensures that the goods in are entered into the IT system. 确保所有入库的物品都录入IT系统。 Lays out the products in the warehouse according to the set criteria. 根据标准摆放仓库内的物品。 Prepares the products destined to the sales floor (anti-theft tag, price tag). 准备好将要拿到卖场销售的物品（安装防盗标签，价签等）。 Positions the products on the sales floor. 将货品摆放在卖场的指定位置。 Always maintains order in the warehouse. 确保仓库符合标准，整齐有序。 Prepares the goods for repairs. 准备好需要维修的物品。 Registers the goods that need repairing in the IT system. 将需要维修的物品录入IT系统。 Dispatches the goods to clients/factories/other stores or warehouses. 向客户/工厂/其他店铺或仓库发送货物 Prepares the goods to be sent to other stores/warehouses. 准备好要送到其他店铺或仓库的货品。 Downloads from the IT system the goods that need to be sent to other stores/warehouses. 从IT系统中下载需要被发送到其他店铺或仓库的货物清单。 Prepares the goods that need to be returned. 准备好需要被退回的物品。 Ensures a proper care of goods during the whole handling process. 确保货物装卸过程中的正确储存与维护。 Provides the orders of packaging material consistent with the store needs. 根据店铺需要订购包装材料。 Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
