Business Analytics Curricular Internship

JOB PURPOSE Miu Miu is looking for an intern to join the Business Analytics team. The intern will support the analysis and monitoring of retail performance, leveraging business data and KPIs to provide actionable insights and support business development and decision-making across the region. RESPONSABILITIES Monitor and analyse retail performance and key business KPIs across the store network, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business analyses, consolidating data from different sources. Prepare reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations to communicate key findings and actionable insights. Support ad-hoc business analyses and projects, providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency and effective communication of business insights. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or similar. Previous experience in Business Analytics, Retail Analytics or Data Analysis is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of Excel required; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
