DRIVE YOUR FUTURE The candidate will be joining the Demand Planning team and will have the opportunity to learn in a dynamic, stimulating and fast growing environment. Starting from day one, under the tutor supervision, the candidate will progressively get familiar with the Company strategy and management. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN During the internship, you will work alongside your tutor and the team on the following activities: · Supporting the monthly forecast flow, both in short and medium term; · Preparing and delivering business KPI reports; · Reviewing deviations causes to explain variances between forecast and actual scenarios; · Analyzing trends across emerging markets and segments throughout different countries/products; · Collaborating with local teams to identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous information exchange between headquarters and local teams; · Preparing monthly reports to support management decision-making. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR · Degree in Marketing / Economics / Management Engineering / Statistics; · Native Italian or English, Fluent Business English or Italian; · Knowledge of Ms Office suite (esp. Ms. Excel); · Commercial acumen with an interest in numbers and statistics; · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; · Detail oriented, team player with a proactive results orientation; · Demonstrable high-end analytical and numeric skills.
