Società Unipersonale Job Description Tasks Managing projects within the ADAS Business Unit in accordance with the company’s new product introduction management process requirements In accordance with PMI standards, managing all aspects of projects over their entire life: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, Closing Involved with the project from sourcing through post launch and responsible for supporting and managing acquisition activities (in accordance with program management director and sales management) Interfacing with all participants and balancing the competing demands of scope, time and cost Driving relevant project communications among ZF stakeholders (customer, supplier, project team, functional and divisional management) and monitoring progress through internal reviews, participation in team meetings and providing assistance where needed (resolving issues internally and with the customer) Profile Degree in Engineering, project management or equivalent Confirmed experience in program management (ideally in the automotive industry) High levels of interpersonal communication skills with the ability to impact and influence others Customer satisfaction orientation, analytical thinking, problem solving and detail orientation Fluent Italian and English Be part of our ZF team as Program Manager and apply now!
