DRIVE YOUR FUTURE You will join the CFO function, playing a key role in supporting strategic business decisions. Through reporting, consolidation, cost analysis and budgeting activities, you will learn how financial insights help monitor performance, improve profitability and drive business growth. This internship offers hands-on experience and a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN You will collaborate with your tutor in: · Collecting, consolidating and analyzing financial and business performance data to support informed decision-making. · Developing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards to monitor key business indicators. · Defining, tracking and interpreting KPIs to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities. · Monthly closing activities, budgeting and forecasting processes. · Analyzing data to provide management with a clear view of company results and support business growth initiatives. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR · Master’s degree in finance, economics, management engineering or equivalent. · Fluency in Italian and English (B2/C1). · Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. · Detail oriented with excellent analytical skills. · Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
