Executive - Risk Management & Compliance (Enterprise Risk Management)

Job Description POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY To assist and coordinate in the risk identification and management activities for airports, departments, and units for Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd. and the group of companies and to maintain risk management information system, MArs. Create and enhance Risk Management awareness and culture especially on ERM throughout the organisation through seminars; trainings; workshops and induction programmes. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS Assist in coordinating various risk identification activities – physical inspections and surveys, development of risk registers and risk assessments. Assist in administering, managing, and maintaining the risk management information system, i.e MArs – responsible to liaise with system provider on upgrades and customization. To facilitate the development and quarterly review of Corporate Risk Profile, Departmental Risk Registers and Airport Risk Registers. To assist in planning and conducting necessary training/ awareness/ workshop/ conference on ERM, MArs, and other risk management initiatives throughout the organization. To assist in facilitating Project Risk Assessment and development of its Risk Registers. To ensure all risk identified through risk assessment surveys and inspection are logged into MArs, review risks in risk register to maintain quality/ accuracy, monitor risk owner commitment on action plans due dates, and manage timely execution of Digital assurance under MArs To support other initiatives under Risk Management Division such as BCM and Insurance Key Challenges To get comprehensive participation and co-operation for the risk identification and assessment by related personnel. To accurately assess and identify risk for the related airports, departments, units, projects, etc . To ensure that the risk manager and risk coordinator properly monitor the action plan and signing off at the dateline Skills Independent and willing to learn on the job Good organisational skills Good analytical skills Good documentation skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Passion for field work Pleasant personality and positive attitude Education Degree preferably with specialization in Risk Management/ Insurance/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Administration/ Accounting /Finance Relevant Industries Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.
