Position Summary This role is responsible for supporting the Finance & Controlling function and migration of Global TFX entities from ECC6 to S4 Hana environment, in parallel with other projects which are ongoing. Principal Responsibilities Liaise with business owners to ensure effective communication and translation of business needs into technical requirements. Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment. Conduct functional and/or technical reviews and walks-through of IT design documentation with the development and the design team members. Ensure the release of system changes according to the Teleflex validation procedures. Develop and Support business processes as they relate to FICO modules. Support end to end testing cycles. Manage global template for applications to ensure that system remains stable and supportable. Support end users to ensure proper system usage, training and understanding. Education / Experience Requirements ACCA/CIMA Accountant or bachelor’s degree in finance or related qualification would be desirable. Min 5 years’ experience in Multinational environment. Experience in using SAP in similar environment. Advanced in Microsoft Excel and used of pivots and query tables. European or USGAAP tax and legal reporting requirements experience. Knowledge of Hyperion will be an advantage. SAP S4HANA experience is a plus. SAP certification is a plus. Specialized Skills / Other Requirements Flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to work under pressure analytically and systematically Excellent analytical skills. Can-do attitude and willingness to help others. Good organizational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity. Will have good judgment and problem-solving ability & be capable of understanding the impact of decision making on both Teleflex Medical and their customers.
