To support the Engineering Department in delivering solutions to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Manages projects from small and medium to large engineering projects related to the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Involvement typically runs from conception through design, construction, start-up and validation. Directs the project activities of outsourced engineers and designers where required. YOUR ROLE: Leads implementation of approved energy reduction projects on the Dublin site through Engineering department to deliver company and site strategic goals. (This includes concept, design and implementation phases) Provides technical support to EHS manager on Energy related topics to support Decarbonisation strategy development and deployment. Provides EHS manager with guidance on energy reduction best practice. Supports site LT in developing long term alternative energy options. Leads implementation of general CAPEX projects to deliver company and site strategic goals. (This includes concept, design and implementation phases) Other assignments as required by the business.
