Job description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Officer to join our clinic in Ciujung, Indonesia . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations and administrative support. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Register patients, verify personal and insurance information, and maintain accurate patient records. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment requests promptly and courteously. Process administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to support patient care. Manage billing, payments, and other front office administrative processes as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area while ensuring patient confidentiality. Required Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-oriented with a professional and friendly attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle patient information responsibly. Willing to work in Ciujung.
