General Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented General Practitioner to join our healthcare organization in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to our diverse patient population, delivering high-quality medical treatment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and professional ethics. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing their health concerns and coordinating their overall healthcare journey. Conduct thorough patient consultations and physical examinations to diagnose medical conditions and health concerns Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs Prescribe medications and medical treatments in accordance with established clinical guidelines and protocols Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary and follow up on patient outcomes Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and organizational policies Manage patient appointments and time efficiently to maximize care delivery Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in general medicine Valid medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in Indonesia Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in primary care or general medicine Strong diagnostic and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex patient presentations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build patient trust and rapport Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software Comprehensive knowledge of preventive healthcare and disease management Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care effectively Professional demeanor with a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) Preferred: Experience in community health programs or underserved populations [BEWARE OF RECRUITMENT SCAMS] It has come to our attention that there are fake job offers claiming to be hiring for Siloam Hospitals Group.
