Job description

Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse to join our healthcare team in Ciujung, Indonesia . In this role, you will provide quality nursing care, support medical procedures, and ensure patient safety while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards. Monitor patients' conditions, assess vital signs, and document nursing care accurately. Assist patients before, during, and after medical procedures, providing physical and emotional support. Prepare patient care facilities, medical equipment, medicines, and supplies. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and home care instructions. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with patient safety and infection control standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training programs, and emergency response activities. Required Qualifications Diploma (D3) in Nursing from an accredited institution. Valid Indonesian Nursing Registration Certificate (STR). Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility. Strong knowledge of patient care, infection control, and patient safety standards. Ability to operate medical equipment and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts.
