HSE & HACCP Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative support to the HSE Department in daily operations. Maintain HSE documentation, reports, records and registration logs. Assist in organizing occupational health and safety training sessions. Support the coordination of employees' medical examinations. Assist with workplace safety inspections and follow-up on identified non-conformities. Support accident investigation documentation and record keeping. Assist in monitoring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records and distribution. Support environmental protection and waste management activities. Maintain HACCP documentation, monitoring forms and food safety records. Assist in organizing HACCP and food safety training sessions. Support employee attendance records, work schedules and administrative processes through 1C. University degree (Higher Education). Previous experience in conducting training sessions for small and large groups is an advantage. Knowledge and skills in First Aid; a relevant certificate is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and computer applications. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and accountability. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects with a strong focus on results. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Azerbaijani and English; Russian is an advantage. Ability to remain calm and composed while handling multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment. Willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve. Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
