Manager Contract Commercial & Market Settlement

Closing Date 28 October 2026 Reporting To Lead, Contract Commercial & Market Settlement​ Mission (Sources of Values) Ensure efficient invoice settlement process to prove SB’s trustworthy, credibility and efficiency Accountability & Responsibility Conduct monthly invoice settlement for IPPs, NEDA players, and Cross Border interconnection​ Check the monthly invoices settlement for all generators​ Check of invoice for monthly import energy and relevant generators ​ Monitor and manage the overall commercial and technical related issues of the generators​ Advice and involve in formulate commercial terms related to new arrangement or existing contracts.​ Advice TNB Global Business Services on invoice settlement and payment matters​ Manage and prepare monthly estimates of generators payment to be provided to SB Finance and Reporting Unit.​ Manage and attend to internal and external auditors ​ Administer and manage the settlement system operation for generators (e.g. One Stop Settlement Center (OSSC)) ​ Provide input and advice to other units within Single Buyer when required​ Recordkeeping - Filing of all submissions and justifications related to the agreement in an accessible and user-friendly archive for references, audit and disputes​ KPIs Timely completion of processed invoice settlement​ Timely completion of checking invoice settlement End Products Monthly :​ Invoice for import energy and energy payment​ Payment Advice Letter to TNB Global Business Services ​​ Competencies L1-Vision L2-Business Acumen L3-Engaging Others L4-Self and People Development L5-Accountability L6-Result Orientation F-Accounting Knowledge and Business Operation F-Business Operational Planning F-Commercial & Financial Assessment F-Power Purchase Agreement F-Risk Identification & Mitigation F-Networking and Interpersonal Skills Education and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields​ Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years' experience in Contract Commercial & Market Settlement or related fields Networking & Relations Generators​ Officers in government agencies (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Ministry of Energy, EPU, etc) ​ Auditors ​ All units in Single Buyer​ Various departments in TNB
