Closing Date 28 October 2026 Title Manager, Treasury Reporting To Head, Finance Mission (Sources of Values) Ensure timely and efficient settlement of payments to generators, fuel suppliers and vendors as per the agreements​ Ensure financial sustainability of Single Buyer and efficiency in cashflow management​ Ensure timely and efficient recovery of additional cost of generation via the ICPT mechanism Accountability & Responsibility Manage Account Payables to ensure timely payments Manage Account Receivables to ensure all receivables are captured properly​ Monitor and manage payroll, staff claims processing and dividend payout to shareholders​ Assist in cashflow planning and management on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis (which include payments to generators, fuel suppliers, vendors and staffs and revenues related to IBR and non-IBR as well receivables from generators and cross-border initiatives)​ Manage banking matters (including bank reconciliation, banking facility and short-term placement) and foster good networking with banks Maintain sanction list for payments related to foreign countries​ Assist in managing effective debt and liquidity management (borrowings and interest on borrowings) KPIs Ensure efficiency in cashflow management​ Timely settlement of invoices from generators, fuel suppliers and vendors​ Timely management of payroll and staff claims processing Full recovery of additional generation costs End Products Settlement of invoices from the generators, fuel suppliers and vendors as per the agreement’s provisions​ Payroll and staff claims processing​ Cashflow forecast Bank reconciliation record Competencies F-Power System Planning & Development L1-Vision L2-Business Acumen F-Knowledge of TNB's Business & Related Risks F-PPA/SLA F-Analytical Skills F-Power Purchase Agreement F-Incentive Based Regulation (IBR) L3-Engaging Others L4-Self and People Development L5-Accountability L6-Result Orientation F-Negotiation Skills F-Financial Management F-Networking and Interpersonal Skills F-Managing of Payments F-Financial System F-Financial Problem Solving and Advisory Education and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Experience Requirements Minimum 5 years working experience with minimum 3 years in SB Networking & Relations Relevant TNB Divisions and Departments and Single Buyer Units Relevant banks and financial advisors​
