Closing Date 28 October 2026 Title Manager, Regulatory Financial Management​ Reporting To Senior Manager, Regulatory Financial Management​ Mission (Sources of Values) Ensure accurate generation cost data to prove SB’s trustworthy, credibility and efficiency ​ Accountability & Responsibility Prepare Generators Estimate EP, CP, Gas payment or other generation-related costs (if any) for monthly submission to Group Accounting & Reporting, Group Finance and conduct the analysis​ Prepare IBR Proposals on SB Generation and Operations to Suruhanjaya Tenaga for every Regulatory Period​ Prepare bi-annually submission of ICPT and analysis to Suruhanjaya Tenaga​ Prepare bi-annually submission of Tax Estimates on Generators’ Cost​ Prepare the financial year budget for Generators’ cost, EP, CP, Gas payment or other generation-related costs (if any)​ Prepare Quarterly Generators Report – Commercial and Technical Performance​ Prepare Monthly Update to IRU on Generators’ Performance​ Update the database of settlement and technical parameters for all the Generators​ Engagement - Assist Stakeholder Management Division of RSMD in giving inputs for issues raised by Parliaments and provide representative as Standby Officer​ Manage and attend to TNB Auditors (PwC) – monthly and quarterly​ Respond to Ad-hoc Queries​ KPIs Timely submission on Generator Estimates​ Timely submission on Generator Performance to IRU​ Timely completion of Generators Performance Report​ Timely submission of Tax Estimates on Generator Cost​ Timely submission on IBR and ICPT data​ End Products Monthly :​ Generators Estimates​ Generators Performance to IRU​ Quarterly :​ Generators Performance Report​ Semi Annually :​ Tax Estimates on Generators Cost​ Competencies L1-Vision L2-Business Acumen F-Accounting Knowledge and Business Operation F-Cash Flow Planning F-Financial Information System F-Business and Financial Modeling F-Economics Regulation & IBR Submission L3-Engaging Others L4-Self and People Development L5-Accountability L6-Result Orientation Education and Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance & Economics.
