Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Midwife to join our healthcare team in Purwakarta, Indonesia . In this role, you will provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care, support safe childbirth, and promote the health and well-being of mothers and infants through high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care in accordance with established clinical standards. Monitor maternal and fetal conditions, assess patients, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Assist with labor, delivery, and newborn care while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Educate mothers and families on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery. Prepare and maintain delivery rooms, medical equipment, medicines, and supplies. Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care. Respond promptly to maternal and neonatal emergencies within the scope of midwifery practice.
Required Qualifications Diploma (D3) in Midwifery from an accredited institution. Valid Indonesian Midwife Registration Certificate (STR). Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in maternity, obstetric, or hospital settings. Strong knowledge of antenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
