Product Manager - Platforms

In this role, you'll: Be a key member of the Platforms team and lead the intake, assessment, prioritisation, and delivery of business demand, ensuring initiatives are aligned to organisational objectives, strategic priorities, and platform capabilities. You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, Client engagement teams, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to shape requirements, evaluate solutions, manage competing priorities, and drive successful delivery outcomes. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to senior executives, influence decision-making, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and resolve issues to achieve the best outcome for the organisation. You will also play a critical role in balancing business needs with technical, architectural, risk, and operational considerations to support sustainable and scalable solutions. About you You are an experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering business and technology outcomes in complex enterprise environments. You excel at building productive relationships, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and communicating complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. You bring sound judgement in managing competing priorities, resolving conflicts, and evaluating trade-offs between business value, technical feasibility, architectural standards, and long-term sustainability. A collaborative and adaptable leader, you demonstrate curiosity, learning agility, and a commitment to continuous improvement, enabling you to quickly understand new business domains, technologies, and platforms while driving positive outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
