In this role, you'll: • Lead business analysis activities across complex projects and initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and solutions. • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, delivery teams and SMEs to align priorities and outcomes • Deliver high-quality analysis across requirements, processes, impacts, risks and benefits to support effective decision-making. • Support business change and transformation, ensuring solutions are practical, operationally ready and aligned with organisational objectives. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role descripton and information pack About you • Proven experience leading business analysis activities across complex projects or programs within a multi-disciplinary delivery environment • Strong experience developing business cases, requirements documentation, process models, and solution options for complex transformation initiatives • Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience • IIBA or PMI-PBA with additional credentials in Agile (e.g., CSPO, ICP-BAF), Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2®) are highly desirable Who we are Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
