Ticketing Infrastructure Delivery Manager (Temporary Opportunity - up to 8 months)

In this role, you'll: You will lead the end to end delivery of complex ticketing infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, solution architecture, strategic priorities, and customer experience objectives. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will drive governance, risk management, continuous improvement, and the development of strategic roadmaps to support successful technology outcomes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams, manage delivery pipelines and vendor performance, and oversee the design, implementation, testing, and optimisation of ticketing technology solutions. About you You bring experience balancing strategic priorities, technical complexity, and competing demands across large scale technology environments while maintaining delivery quality, driving continuous improvement, and embedding consistent ways of working across diverse teams. You are an experienced technology delivery professional with a strong background in delivering complex infrastructure solutions across multidisciplinary teams. You have experience with electrical, civil, and data network projects, can confidently interpret technical design documentation, and understand Construction WHS requirements. You bring strong capability in resource planning, stakeholder management, and delivering outcomes across large scale technology portfolios, with an understanding of government governance and procurement frameworks. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience, is highly regarded. This position has been identified as a Rail Safety Worker role and requires the incumbent to meet and maintain all competency requirements relevant to the position.
