As a Risk and Reporting Executive in MCB Leasing , you'll help people and businesses access the assets they need to move forward, turning financing into real progress. As a Risk & Reporting Executive, you will contribute to the implementation of an appropriate framework for identification and mitigation of risks within MCB Leasing. Coordinate the preparation of risk-related reports while ensuring that the action plans will address the different type of risks in line with the Risk Management policies of the Group. We are on the lookout for: Job vacancy: Risk & Reporting Executive In this role you will, Contribute and assist in the development and implementation of the operational risk management and incident reporting frameworks as per approved policy while respecting regulatory requirement to contribute to the identification, assessment, monitoring and controlling of operational and financial risks; Keep track of risk parameters, identifying and report any deviations; Contribute to the preparation of various data to generate reports enabling Management and Risk Management Committee to assess whether related risk is at an acceptable level. Prepare reports to be submitted to the regulatory body; Develop and maintain risk related policies and procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations; Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education and reading specialist media; Support in the preparation and review of the Risk Register; Support the Risk Manager to develop an effective BCM framework, in line with industry best practices and standards and as defined in the BCM Policy; Carry out the financial risk management process within area of operation, maintaining alignment with risk tolerance policies; Collate, analyze data to perform the collateral value of assets and equipment; Help determining provisioning level; Gather and interpret data for computation of expected credit loss; Support the analysis and assessment of risks by performing stress test on MCB Leasing portfolio as per BOM guidelines and make recommendations; To succeed, you will be required to demonstrate the following competencies : Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity; Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems; Anticipating and adopting innovations in business-building digital and technology applications; Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions; Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals; Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people; Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives; Strong writing and reporting skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured documents. We are looking for candidates who have a: Degree in Risk / Finance / Accounting / Banking; A minimum of 5 years' working experience in Risk Management; Sound Knowledge of Risk Management Practices Or Diploma in Risk / Finance / Accounting / Banking; A minimum of 7 years' working experience in Risk Management; Sound Knowledge of Risk Management Practices A combination of both qualification & experience will be considered.
