Location: Leeds Valley Park - Hybrid Working (1-2 days in the office a week – Bradford/Leeds) Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The SAP team are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. Where you fit in: As our SAP Senior Consultant – Security you will: Lead the delivery of complex SAP transformation programmes, driving the adoption of Security and GRC best practices. Act as the primary SAP Security & GRC technical consultant across multiple business-critical SAP projects. Design and implement robust, scalable SAP Security and GRC solutions aligned to business and technology objectives. Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into effective SAP security solutions. Serve as the key link between business teams and Technology colleagues, ensuring successful project delivery. Provide expert guidance and trusted advice on SAP Security and GRC strategy, governance, and compliance. Collaborate closely with internal technology teams and external support partners on SAP transformation initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance SAP security processes, controls, and best practices. Support the successful delivery of SAP projects, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose. What skills & qualifications you will need: 2-5 years of SAP & GRC Technical experience. Previous experience of transformation projects involving multiple SAP products. Implementation experience of SAP cloud products including ARIBA, Concur, SuccessFactors and BTP. Desirable to have configuration experience of GRC and / or GRC IAG. Previous experience of building and delivering project plans and working in a team lead capacity.
