Senior Endpoint Engineer

OverviewInabia is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity across multiple U.S. office locations, following a three-day in-office schedule. This role is focused on designing, deploying, and managing enterprise-scale endpoint solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Azure Virtual Desktop technologies. The ideal candidate brings 8 or more years of IT infrastructure and endpoint engineering experience and is comfortable operating in a complex, large-scale enterprise environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune environments for enterprise endpoint lifecycle managementAdminister SCCM/MECM infrastructure including desktop imaging and task sequence development and maintenanceDeploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions with strong hands-on involvementImplement and manage Windows 11 Autopilot for device provisioning, enrollment, and zero-touch deploymentManage and support Windows 10/11 endpoints across the enterprisePackage, test, and deploy applications and software to managed endpoint devicesAdminister and maintain Group Policy (GPO) objects and Active Directory configurationsExecute endpoint security strategies and oversee enterprise patch management programsTroubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint engineering incidents and escalationsCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to maintain a healthy endpoint ecosystemKey Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft IntuneProven experience administering SCCM/MECM environmentsStrong knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) and Active DirectoryProficiency in Windows 10/11 endpoint engineering and administrationStrong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Demonstrated experience in endpoint security and enterprise patch managementExperience with Windows 11 Autopilot implementation and managementExperience in application and software packaging and deploymentExperience building and maintaining desktop images and SCCM task sequencesPreferred Qualifications8+ years of overall IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Engineering experienceExperience supporting large, geographically distributed enterprise endpoint environmentsFamiliarity with modern endpoint management strategies and zero-trust security frameworks
