OverviewInabia is seeking a Senior Physical Security Access Control (PACS) Consultant to provide technical leadership for the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of a next-generation enterprise access control platform. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business and project teams, working closely with vendors and integrators to ensure a scalable, secure, and highly supportable solution. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with enterprise PACS platforms — preferably AMAG Symmetry — and is comfortable operating across physical security, application architecture, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the implementation, upgrade, and ongoing support of enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)Serve as the primary technical advisor to business stakeholders and project teams throughout the full PACS platform lifecycleCollaborate with vendors, system integrators, and implementation teams to deliver a scalable and secure access control environmentAdminister, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot AMAG Symmetry environmentsManage badge management, access provisioning, alarms, readers, controllers, and Field Control PanelsDesign and maintain PACS architecture aligned with enterprise security standards and operational requirementsSupport highly available, multi-site PACS deployments across a geographically distributed environmentDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and architecture diagramsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regarding system status, issues, and recommendationsRemain available for critical support events, including after-hours response as requiredKey Qualifications10+ years of experience supporting, upgrading, and implementing enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)Strong hands-on experience with AMAG Symmetry, including administration, implementation, upgrades, and troubleshootingDemonstrated experience with PACS architecture, badge management, access provisioning, alarm management, readers, controllers, and Field Control PanelsProven experience working with PACS vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional implementation teamsStrong Microsoft SQL Server experienceExperience with enterprise application integrations and REST/SOAP APIsExperience supporting highly available, multi-site enterprise systemsStrong troubleshooting, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud technologies and cloud-hosted physical security platformsFamiliarity with physical security compliance frameworks and industry standardsPrior experience in a senior consultant or architect capacity within large-scale enterprise environments
