-Communication and negotiations with Principals for Franchises held by -Inventory control and inventory management in line with company policies -To understand specifications of product line of Komatsu and others e.g. Bomag, Link Belt, and Terex etc. -Build, strengthen and maintain healthy business relations with suppliers. -Support Management with information and analysis required for dealing with suppliers -Cooperation and support to sales team required for conducting business -Timely submission of Reports and Returns to management and suppliers. -Completion of Sales documentation including preparation of invoices, approvals etc. -Maintaining and renewal of Franchisee Agreement -Attending customers when sales staff is on visit/ customer call Skills & Experience -Diploma / Bachelor in business administration -Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in related field. -Strong communication skills -Must have knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point -Ability to deal with sales teams and customers. -Machine product awarness
