Cnslt. to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Configures and implements system changes based on business needs. Develops and implements validation and testing plans to ensure design meets HR requirements, and coordinates systems training and rollout with IT. Works closely with HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions. Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications. Provides expertise in areas of current and emerging capabilities and general HR systems technology trends. Troubleshoots user reported system issues and works with vendor support where required. Manage tickets, investigate, and analyze variety of technical and administrative problems and provide appropriate solutions. Acts as project lead on local projects and may lead global project. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at the management level. Must Have: 6+ years of Success Factors experience in Employee Central (EC), preferred experience with SuccessFactor Role Based Permissions 3+ years of Success Factors experience in Onboarding and/or Recruting 1-2 years of Experience with Success Factors Projects (i.e., implementation, upgrades etc.) 2 years of experience with Data analytics, building ad hoc reports in SuccessFactors 2+ years of experience with SAP Ticket handling About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
