Job Title: Clinical Applications Support Specialist Job Summary The Clinical Applications Support Specialist is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, support, and administration of a broad portfolio of clinical and perioperative healthcare applications, including Epic-adjacent solutions, SIS, SynergyTrak, UDI Tracker, AssistIQ, eVideon, and other clinical systems. The role ensures application availability, user access management, system validation, operational continuity, and support for application upgrades, releases, and project implementations. Key Responsibilities Manage user access provisioning, modifications, and de-provisioning while ensuring security and compliance requirements. Perform daily application health checks, monitoring, and operational support to maintain system availability. Validate applications following server patching, maintenance activities, and infrastructure changes. Support application upgrades, software releases, and implementation projects. Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate escalations, and work with SMEs and vendors for timely resolution. Assist with application decommissioning, archival activities, and transition initiatives. Serve as a key point of contact for end users and stakeholders regarding application support and service requests. Support critical healthcare applications across clinical, surgical, scheduling, and patient care domains. Required Skills SQL, PL/SQL .NET Technologies Java Open-Source Technologies Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting Incident and Change Management Healthcare Application Support Preferred Experience Experience supporting clinical or healthcare applications. Knowledge of Epic-integrated or Epic-adjacent systems. Familiarity with application lifecycle management, upgrades, testing, and production support environments. Support Coverage: Daytime, after-hours, overnight, and weekend support as part of a rotational support model.
