Opis stanowiska
Bring KMD’s employer brand to life in Poland, and help build engagement and a sense of belonging across KMD. From an employee story to a recruitment campaign or an internal event, you will turn ideas into communication and experiences that matter to candidates and colleagues. If you enjoy combining storytelling with hands-on delivery, this role brings both together. Your team: KMD has recently launched a new strategy, making this an exciting time to join and help shape how we engage colleagues and attract future talent. You will join a small, newly established People Communications & Employer Branding team with plenty of energy and ideas, and room for yours. Alongside the Head of People Communications & Employer Branding and a colleague responsible for employer brand activation in Denmark, you will help shape both our work and how we work together. Your role : Working closely with the Head of People Communications & Employer Branding, you will own the local activation of KMD’s employer brand in Poland. You will translate shared strategies, campaigns and concepts into content, partnerships, events and engagement activities relevant to the Polish market. Alongside employer branding, you will develop clear, engaging communication for People initiatives across KMD and support ad hoc communications needs, taking tasks independently from brief to delivery. Your insights from the Polish organization and talent market will help shape the team’s plans and concepts. What you will do: Make our employer brand locally relevant. Develop and deliver an activation plan for Poland, aligned with KMD’s employee value proposition, employer brand strategy and shared campaigns. Connect employer branding with hiring needs. Partner with Talent Acquisition and local stakeholders to identify talent attraction priorities and contribute Polish market insights to wider initiatives. Tell the stories behind the workplace. Create local employer brand content, identify employee stories, and activate social media and employee advocacy concepts while contributing ideas for their development. Make People communication clear and engaging. Turn complex information into employee-facing content supporting employee experience, culture, organizational change and other People priorities across KMD. Bring people together. Plan and deliver employer branding and recruitment events in Poland, represent KMD at career fairs, university activities and conferences, and support internal events and engagement activities. Build lasting local connections. Develop relationships with relevant communities, universities and other partners. Take ideas through delivery. Adapt shared concepts into local experiences and manage both planned activities and shorter-turnaround communication requests. What you bring: Relevant experience in communications, employer branding, employee engagement or a related field. The ability to turn a brief or complex information into clear, engaging content for the intended audience. Experience taking ownership of tasks independently, from developing an idea to delivering the final result. A practical approach: you are comfortable creating content as well as coordinating the activities needed to bring it to life. The ability to collaborate across countries and functions while taking responsibility for local delivery. Flexibility to balance planned work with ad hoc communication needs and shorter deadlines. An advantage, but not essential: experience planning and delivering events, campaigns or employee engagement activities. What this role offers: Ownership of employer brand activation in Poland, with room to contribute local insights to shared plans and concepts. A varied scope combining employer branding, People communications, content, partnerships and events. Collaboration across countries and functions, including close cooperation with Talent Acquisition and local stakeholders. The opportunity to take work from the initial brief through to delivery and see your ideas become content and experiences for candidates and colleagues.
