Kyriba TMS Specialist

Kyriba TMS Specialist Company: Cantor Fitzgerald Team: Finance IT Location: Poland (Warsaw), United Kingdom (London) Employment type: Full-time, permanent Administer the Kyriba TMS, including user management, security and entitlements, workflows, configuration and ongoing system health. Provide Level 1 production support to internal Treasury, Finance and Accounting users at Cantor Fitzgerald and Newmark, primarily in UK/EMEA and APAC. This includes triaging, troubleshooting, resolving and escalating incidents. Implement new bank connectivity for payments and bank statements, including onboarding of new banks, accounts and payment scenarios. Build and maintain ERP and other system integrations using Kyriba Data Exchange. Configure and enhance Kyriba modules, including Payments, Bank Statements and Cash Management, Fraud Detection, Data Exchange/Integrations and Cash Accounting. Onboard new entities, user groups and Treasury/Finance/Accounting use cases to the platform. Lead the design of the firm's Kyriba usage and roadmap, recommending and implementing best practices, process improvements and automation opportunities. Partner with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Information Security, bank relationship contact. Contribute to other Finance IT initiatives and strategic projects as the team's scope requires. Required Qualifications Kyriba certification 5+ years' experience implementing and supporting Kyriba clients. Proven track record of leading implementations of the following Kyriba modules: Payments, including implementing new bank connections for payment scenarios, Open Formats Studio and Payment Factory. Bank Statements and Cash Management Fraud Detection Data Exchange / Integrations Cash Accounting Financial Transactions & Financial Accounting Strong understanding of treasury and cash management processes, bank connectivity and payment workflows + Kyriba project lifecycle and implementation best practices. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve production issues under time pressure. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders across multiple time zones. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SWIFT and/or EBICS payments and connectivity. Experience with Oracle Cloud (ERP/Financials) and integrating it with Kyriba. Experience designing agentic flows and applying AI-driven automation to finance and treasury processes.
