Main responsibilities: Invoice Processing (PO, Non PO), Processing Employee Claims in Concur Handling with vendor inquires Payment processing AP balance sheet accounts reconciliation and follow up on aged items Clearing open items Participation in month end closing Prepare monthly accrual Everyday communication with business partner Secure high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA Identify potential process improvements within PtP area Internal controls Requirements: Minimum 5-year experience in the Finance area within AP Department preferably in accordance to Polish regulations Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team Very good Customer Service skills Very good knowledge of Excel Ability to meet deadlines Proactivity, improvements driver, problem solver Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral) SAP knowledge About us With a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
