Senior HR Specialist Łódź, Poland Hybrid Setting MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively responds to customer/employee HR inquiries leveraging a variety of technology and manual administrative systems, processes and tools. Documents all transactions and consistently follows standards and operating practices for service documentation. During service delivery, is highly engaging, consistently reliable, and achieves employee satisfaction with a high-quality level of service and in compliance with in-scope processes and at or above KPIs targets. Manages task execution with great independence. Accurately moves inquiries from across process flow owners (ex. employee, other HR teams, HRBP, manager) and effectively collaborates and coaches others on how to navigate movement to achieve higher quality service delivery. Ensures accuracy in documentation, administration and follow through of all employee lifecycle services. Takes partners as needed to ensure questions to process or inquiry are resolved timely. Ensures compliance (ex. SOX) and best practices are learned, understood and followed to standard. Escalates when questions arise to ensure compliance and quality of service are never compromised. Can assist others with case review for compliance, audit or other team support. Correctly addresses escalations with great independence. Partners with peers, next level peers, team leaders and team managers as needed. Manages follow up and time in partnership with team management but with a high level of operating independence on most inquiry types. Manages own capacity and can provide peer to peer leadership to achieve effective flow and capacity management within the working group, in partnership with team leader and/or team manager. Conducts follow up and service calls to ensure inquiry and service closure and coaches others to help achieve service excellence. Working on process excellence within own area of responsibility and recommending process improvements, supporting implementation of the improvements. Trains others in process flow and provides support to colleagues as needed. Supports integration of new processes and makes recommendations for seamless integration and provides service transition support. Can facilitate end to end process improvement review and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Engages in continuous learning for self, seeks resources to continuously learn and bring insights forward. Collaborates to resolve matters of increased complexity. Engages peers in achieving daily, weekly, monthly service and volume goals. CANDIDATE PROFILE College Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration is preferred but not required. Fluent English language knowledge. Knowledge of other languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese) will be a plus. Strong and proven experience in HR area. Attention to Detail, and engaging in collaborative work teams is required. Demonstrated experience in delivering services / providing advisory to others Preferred experience with multicultural and/or with remote customers. Effective communicator, problem solver and trainer. Problem solving skills in both: process complexity and employee relations. Strong customer service mindset. Compensation: starting from PLN 97 500 gross per year. Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
