About the Role As a Capability and Performance Lead, you will take ownership of a capability domain across learning, leadership, performance or talent. That means end-to-end ownership. You will shape frameworks and program cycles, design practical content and learning pathways, facilitate capability uplift and evaluate whether the work is making a difference. You will work closely with Senior People Partners and leaders, so enterprise approaches are consistent, but still practical for different portfolios, regions and workforce groups. The work will combine design, facilitation, advice and delivery. You may be developing a leadership pathway, refreshing a performance tool, facilitating a manager session, reviewing evaluation data, coordinating specialist input or working with a Senior People Partner to respond to a portfolio capability need. You will have autonomy within your domain and will be expected to keep the work practical, scalable and connected to organisational priorities. What you’ll be trusted to do Own an assigned capability and performance domain and keep its frameworks, tools, program cycles and guidance clear, current and scalable Design and deliver structured program cycles across learning, leadership, performance or talent Lead facilitation, content design, learning pathway development and capability uplift initiatives Partner with Senior People Partners and leaders to understand portfolio needs and support consistent application of enterprise frameworks Coordinate advisory and specialist contributions so capability effort is directed to priority organisational outcomes Use participation data, evaluation outcomes and stakeholder feedback to assess impact and improve future program design Provide specialist advice on capability development, leadership uplift, performance enablement and talent practices About You You like turning broad organisational priorities into practical tools, experiences and programs that leaders and employees can actually use. You are likely someone who: has experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning, leadership, performance, talent or organisational capability initiatives is a strong facilitator and can translate complex ideas into clear, practical content can work across competing priorities and coordinate outcomes through collaboration rather than direct authority uses data, evaluation and feedback to improve program quality and impact builds strong relationships with HR colleagues, leaders and external specialists is comfortable owning a domain and being accountable for how it evolves over time You Belong Here Here, every role has purpose.
