Job description
Help shape how change is delivered across IXOM Looking for a role where you can influence how people experience change and play a key role in major business transformation programs? We're looking for a Change Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team in Melbourne. This newly created role will lead and embed change management practices across IXOM, supporting everything from business acquisitions and technology implementations through to operating model changes and major transformation initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to become the face of Change Management at IXOM, building capability, developing frameworks and helping the business successfully navigate periods of growth and transformation. What’s on offer Newly created role with the opportunity to establish and shape Change Management capability across IXOM. Work across high-profile projects including acquisitions, technology implementations and business transformation initiatives. Partner with senior leaders, project teams and executive sponsors across the business. Opportunity to develop frameworks, playbooks and self-service tools that will support future projects. Join a collaborative PMO team with strong contractor and project support already in place. About your role As the Change Manager, you'll lead organisational change activities across a diverse portfolio of projects, helping ensure new systems, processes and ways of working are successfully adopted across the business. You'll work closely with project teams and stakeholders to understand change impacts, assess readiness, develop change plans and support implementation. You'll also play a key role in building change capability across IXOM by developing frameworks, templates, playbooks and communication approaches that create consistency across projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and practical side of change management and wants to help create a long-term change function rather than simply supporting individual projects. Key Responsibilities Lead change management activities across strategic business and technology projects. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and organisational readiness activities. Develop and execute change management plans that support adoption and minimise resistance. Partner with project teams to integrate change activities into project delivery plans. Support communication planning and work with Corporate Affairs to develop effective messaging. Assess training requirements and support the design and delivery of learning solutions. Develop change frameworks, templates, playbooks and best-practice methodologies for IXOM. Monitor adoption, engagement and change effectiveness, reporting outcomes to stakeholders. Who are we looking for? Experience supporting or leading organisational change initiatives. Formal change management training or certification, such as Prosci or ADKAR. Experience within manufacturing, supply chain or industrial environments. Project management exposure or experience working closely with PMOs. Familiarity with business transformation, ERP or systems implementation projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. A pragmatic, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to different business environments. Benefits at IXOM Competitive salary aligned to market and experience Stable, full‑time role within a global organisation Structured onboarding and transition support Clear internal career pathways Flexible working arrangements where possible Health, wellbeing and employee assistance programs An inclusive, collaborative and values‑driven culture To Apply If you're interested in playing a key role in major business transformation programs apply now.
