Impact & Knowledge Management Lead

This is a strategic opportunity to strengthen how an international organization measures impact, integrates data, and turns evidence into actionable knowledge. You will help shape organization-wide measurement frameworks, reporting systems, dashboards, and knowledge products that support informed decision-making. Working across program teams, technical leaders, IT, and senior leadership, you will connect data and evidence with organizational strategy and performance. The role combines hands-on data integration with research, learning, and performance management responsibilities. You will contribute to demonstrating impact across agri-food and inclusive market systems while strengthening organizational accountability and learning. This position is well suited to an experienced international development professional who enjoys translating complex information into clear insights and practical recommendations.
