Senior Founding People & Talent Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE You will help build the People and Talent function from the ground up in a fast growing AI software company. This is a founding, high impact role reporting to the leadership team and focused on shaping hiring, onboarding, and workforce development as the company scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own end to end recruiting and partner with leaders to define role expectations and org design. - Source and close exceptional candidates across functions with a strong focus on early talent and critical hires. - Design scalable hiring processes, analytics, and operating rhythms to enable fast, high quality hiring. - Shape onboarding, performance calibration, career progression, and compensation benchmarking over time. - Develop and promote an employer brand to attract top talent in the region and beyond. - Build a network across universities and technical communities to grow the talent pipeline. - Experiment with AI tools and new workflows to increase recruiting velocity and quality. - Maintain high hiring standards and contribute to a culture focused on retention and development. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2-5 years of experience in Talent, Performance, or org development at a high growth startup or scaleup. - End to end recruiting experience plus ability to design scalable processes and analytics. - Strong storytelling and relationship building with a track record of sourcing and closing senior candidates. - Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment with new recruiting workflows. - Fluent English; German language skills are a plus. - Interest in growing into broader People leadership as the company scales.
