Specialist, Fraud Inbound

This role focuses on identifying, investigating, and managing activities that may indicate financial crime or fraud risk. You’ll analyze information from multiple sources, assess potential threats, and determine appropriate actions in line with established procedures. The position combines investigative work, data analysis, case management, and stakeholder support within a structured risk environment. You’ll contribute to the prevention of financial losses while helping strengthen detection and investigation processes. The role also provides opportunities to identify trends, improve procedures, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You’ll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders while handling complex cases and escalations. This is a full-time remote position in Ontario, Canada, offering a strong opportunity to develop specialized expertise in financial crime risk.
