Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change-management strategies for application development, application support, and ERP transformation initiatives. Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impact, and resistance to change while implementing structured change-management frameworks. Design and deliver stakeholder engagement, executive communication, training, awareness, and adoption programs. Lead post-implementation adoption and stabilization activities while providing updates and recommendations to EVP- and SVP-level Finance stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of relevant Change Management experience. Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and executive communication. Experience developing communication plans and training programs. Knowledge of post-implementation support and adoption activities. Proven ability to implement structured change-management frameworks and drive sustainable adoption. Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including EVP- and SVP-level stakeholders. Strong facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills. Experience supporting organizational change throughout the transformation lifecycle. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting ERP transformation programs. Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification. Experience supporting technology, Finance, or enterprise business transformations. Background in continuous improvement and organizational capability development.
